Testing scope of the center includes the following items: general quality specification of raw grains, rheological characteristics of different kind of flours, benzyl peroxide in flour, general quality specification, fatty acids composition, stability and antioxidation property of oils, adulteration test for oils, waste oils identification, the content of residual solvent in oils, aluminous and cholesterol contents in food, general quality specification, trace elements, vitamins, amino acids, inositol and phytase of feedstuff and food, feed mixing uniformity and gelatinization degree, mensuration of  free-gossypol, phospholipids, VC phosphate, urinary enzyme activities and betaine, determination of melamine in feed and milk products, mensuration of olaquindox and quinocetone in feed, aflatoxin, zearalenone(ZEA), vomitoxin, ochratoxin, t-toxins and fumonsins, etc,.
